The California Energy Commission seeks an experienced, full-service Contractor team composed of a prime Contractor and Subcontractors to provide comprehensive technical support services for the CEC's Energy Research and Development Division's programs. This solicitation is part of the Electric Program Investment Charge Program (EPIC) and is managed by the Energy Research and Development Division.
The Contractor team will be responsible for delivering technical assistance and support services to advance the Energy Research and Development Division's initiatives and program objectives. The successful contractor will need to demonstrate extensive experience in providing full-service technical support to government agencies and research programs.
