Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) is seeking proposals for the implementation and ongoing support of video animation services. The scope of work includes the creation of animated videos on various topics including: 1) Bill explainer videos in multiple languages (English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese); 2) Rate plan videos explaining options for residential SVCE customers; 3) SVCE Solar Billing Plan explainer video; 4) Payment Assistance videos on programs like CARE/FERA; 5) Energy efficiency tips videos; 6) Clean Power Video Series (4-6 short videos); and 7) Program promotion videos including breakdown of Home Upgrades pathways and appliance-specific videos. The animation services should include research and planning, subject matter expertise to explain complicated topics, high-quality video files with options for reformatting for different platforms, translations including voiceover and/or animated text, and complete budget and work plan development.
