The Government of the Virgin Islands, Office of the Governor, is requesting proposals from qualified professionals to develop a comprehensive implementation strategy for the "Solar for All Ah We" Program on behalf of the Virgin Islands Energy Office (VIEO). The program scope covers the St. Thomas/St. John and St. Croix Districts.
Prospective respondents must demonstrate knowledge, experience, and expertise in planning and development of solar energy initiatives and program implementation strategies. Proposals must be submitted through the GVIBUY eProcurement system, which requires prior registration to access GVI solicitations.
Proposals will be accepted no later than 4:30 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. All submissions must be made electronically through the GVIBUY platform at https://gvibuy.buyspeed.com/bso/.
