The City of Longmont is seeking a qualified landscaping contractor to provide comprehensive landscape services for the Water and Wastewater Treatment Operations sites. The contract will be for a duration of one year with four optional renewal years. The majority of landscape services will be provided on an as-needed basis dependent on growing conditions, with several services designated as annual requirements.

Prebid Conference and Site Visit:
A mandatory prebid conference will be held on December 2, 2025 at 1:00 PM MST at the Nelson-Flanders Water Treatment Facility, located at 13212 North 53rd Street, Longmont, Colorado 80503. A site visit will occur immediately following the meeting. Access to some sites is restricted, and this will be the only opportunity for proposers to visit those project sites. Attendance at the prebid conference is recommended.

Bids must be submitted electronically. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted online and must be received by December 5, 2025 at 5:00 PM MST. Pricing information will be provided in attached bid documents. Insurance is required as a general requirement for this solicitation.
